1. General Terms

1.1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.3 Underage Play

If it is determined at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of platform use, melber will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during that period, and return deposits made during the period following identity confirmation. melber will not pay out any winnings accrued during any period of underage use. melber may report the matter to relevant authorities as required.

2.4 Player Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all melber accounts:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a player account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when using your melber account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of melber, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the melber platform or subject to any active account restriction at the time of registration or use.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the melber platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, melber reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bonus balances, and withhold winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of account registration on melber. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent KYC verification. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 KYC Verification

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your melber account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to four business hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for bank transfers. melber charges no platform fee on any deposit transaction. You are responsible for any transaction fees levied by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals typically complete within 30 to 90 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals complete within 1 to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. melber charges no platform fee on any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and may be subject to additional review at melber's discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts where KYC documentation requires further assessment.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request will be processed by melber, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• Your account must not be subject to any active restriction, investigation, or suspension.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully completed prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your melber account identity details.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method must be met.

4.5 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded on the melber platform for a continuous period of 12 months. melber reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts once the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email or SMS prior to any inactivity fees being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months or more may be permanently closed at melber's discretion.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by melber are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. melber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by melber are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. Real-money balance is used before bonus balance when placing wagers on the melber platform.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses on melber are intended for individual recreational players. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Where melber identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Participation

Participation in any melber promotion is voluntary. By opting in to a promotion, you confirm acceptance of both the specific promotion terms and these general bonus conditions. melber may require players to opt in explicitly to a promotion before bonus funds are credited. Bonuses that require a qualifying deposit will only be awarded after the specified minimum deposit has been successfully processed.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Player Responsibilities

As a registered player on the melber platform, you undertake to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party.
• Ensure all funds deposited into your melber account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the melber platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, and software, is the intellectual property of melber or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the melber platform without prior written consent from melber.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by melber

melber reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where melber has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity.
• The account details provided during registration are inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit transaction associated with the account.
• The account is the subject of a court order, legal process, or regulator instruction.

During a suspension period, the account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, access will be restored along with the full account balance. If the investigation identifies a breach of these Terms, melber may proceed to permanent closure and may withhold part or all of the account balance as appropriate to the circumstances.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your melber account at any time by contacting live chat support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification if not already completed. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and with priority.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access the melber platform ceases immediately. Any winnings accrued by a self-excluded player during an active exclusion period may be voided at melber's discretion.
